Emotional Support Cookies

Inspired by Bianca Allen and her infamous bathtub cookies, this almond shortbread cookie rolled in sanding sugar for a sweet crunch, is filled with vibrant raspberry preserves, and finally drizzled with a lemon infused white chocolate. Its the kind of cookie that begs the question, why go to therapy when you can just eat your feelings in a bathtub littered with the #worldsokayesttoddler's toys?

It's ok to fall apart like a shortbread (life is hard) but do it in the bathtub with cookies...because at least if you drop some you can call it moisturizer.
